I am currently on the board of directors for the Chico association of realtors; from 2002 to 2004 I have been serving on the MLS committee. I am also on the professional standards and grievance committees. From 1990 to 1994 I was a Director and Secretary/Treasurer for the San Joaquin Valley Hay Growers Association. I have also provided first time home buyer classes for FHA buyers.

My goal is to provide professional service to buyers and sellers. When selling a home I use a total market approach including agent networking, internet marketing, and print media. My job is to bring as many qualified buyers to your home as possible to achieve the best result for the seller. I do not believe in premarketing a home to a limited number of buyers.

When finding you a home I search all offices and do not limit any possibilities. Finding a home that best fits your needs is job #1. I will educate you on prices and market conditions and help you feel comfortable with the purchase process. That process includes showing you a verity of homes, working with Lenders, appraisers, inspectors and solving any problems along the way.

Moving is stressful enough; My goal is to make the transaction move smoothly and not have it be the source of endless worries for you.
